Costco

Disneyworld Costco is the happiest place on earth! Seriously, I get all too excited the second I get inside. I don’t usually go with a set list, but I do have staples that I always keep in mind. I don’t buy very many pantry items, it’s all about the fresh produce and meat for me.

I like to pre-wash most fruits and veggies (except leafy greens) and store them ready-to-eat in the fridge.

  1. I agree, Costco is the happiest place on Earth! I regularly spend tons of $$$ when I go, love it!! True story: I opened up my Costco account in May of 2001 because my husband and I got married that June and went to Maui for our honeymoon and we knew there was a Costco there so we wanted to be able to stock up on stuff we needed/wanted during our stay :o) I loved Maui, we went back again in 2006 and I wanna go back again! Love it there, its so beautiful, so thank you for your blog and Instagram so I can live vicariously through you :o) Love and light, Renee

    • What a cute story!! Costco is definitely a game changer! I’m so glad you loved Maui so much, it really is such a special place. What a great way to spend your honeymoon, now get back here! Xx

  2. :o) Oh it is definitely a goal to get back there! We now have 3 kids and would love for them to see where mommy & daddy went on their honeymoon! And I just have to say you are so super inspiring! Now I am old…. OK not horribly old but I’m 20(!) years older than you, I’ll be 41 in August…I’m in a very different place in my life being married with kids and all that but your instagram and now blog inspire me to remember to enjoy the fun and simple things in life! To eat healthy (I always did but you’re inspiring me to take it up a notch) to work out (ugh, this one is hard, I love how I feel after a workout, I’m just not consistent enough!!) and enjoy the outdoors! I live in the Chicago area so our winters are brutal so I am so ready for the warm weather! Anyway I need to stop rambling 🙂 but I just wanted to let you know your followers are not just in your age group, you are reaching out to older generations as well so THANK YOU for being such an inspiration!! Keep doing what you’re doing!! xoxo Renee :o)

    • Hi Renee!! Thank you SO much for taking the time out to write that, seriously have the biggest grin on my face! I’m THRILLED to hear that you’ve got a little pep back into your step! You’ve got so much left to give in this world, especially to your little ones, don’t even for a second, think YOU are old! It’s allll about your spirit and yours shines so bright. So much love Xx
